Completed kerf sanding board
Made from a piece of old oak step leftover from a rennovation, a cedar shingle for the 1.5 degree side and a pine block for the 5 degree side.
Both sides cut to correct angle with a block plane followed by sanding block with 60 grit.

Kerfed linings being glued to back.
Top side already glued. Still have a lot of clamps to make.
